Found this #fresh 2.6kg gulyasan (skipjack tuna)🐟 at the #nasugbu wet market. Tail part was lathered with butter then grilled, half was cooked #sinaing style back at home. As much as I want to make some as #sashimi as its super fresh, nobody knows how to cut it properly. Forgot this was also perfect for #ceviche
