There was a schedule brownout the whole day yesterday so we went to a friend's place at Lumaniag for a picnic to avoid the searing heat. 
It was also the best time for us to try tuge's new Canon PowerShot D10 for a spin.
The end photos don't give justice to what the camera is capable. We're all newbies to underwater photography. It's hard for the subject to stay underwater and it's quite difficult for the photographer to focus on the subject. It's all trial and error for us. And also the water is murky because we're in shallow waters. We didn't dare to venture towards deeper water because there are sea urchins and rocks. Maybe we'll give it another try when we go kayaking again.
