I learned about this Pepsi eco project from Paolo. And they're having a coastal area right here in my hometown, Hamilo Coast, as the kick off venue on May 14.
It's easy to become a volunteer. You need only to be at least 18 years of age to sign up. All registrants will sign a waiver form. There is no payment to volunteer or any purchase necessary to sign up.
You can choose from four different areas to volunteer – beach comber, drinks and dining, medical, and recyclers.
Registration for the 1st Clean Up is from March 27, 2010 to April 30, 2010 only. Volunteer slots are limited so sign up now. It's a first come, first served but priority is given to those who live near the location and/or assembly area. So fellow Nasugbuenos we sure have a good chance on becoming a volunteer.
During the Actual Clean Up, Pepsi will provide the following:

- Transportation from the assembly place going to the Actual Clean up area and vice versa, including the bus and boat transfers
- Meals
- Drinks
