Schedule vs Priority

This Bob Ong quote always comes to my mind whenever I bank at Allied Bank (Nasugbu Branch.) Been a client of them for some quite time now, paying bills and depositing allowance to my cousin's account but all this time I can't help notice that even though they have a queue system there are still some VIP who seems to ignore the line just because they know someone from the bank. I know banks do have preferred clients and it's okay with me. What's not okay with me are those some who are really blatant in cutting the line in front of all the people in queue. It's okay if they do it subtlety but not that way. PhotobucketYeah it irks me, but not just me but also some of the people I've talked to while waiting for my turn especially during busy days.

Anyway my point here is they they should improve their customer service. Especially now they have have transferred to a bigger location. I hope they should look into this matter and make a special counter for those who are preferred clients and not allow them to blatantly cut the line of those who are in queue.

Peace! Photobucket

  2. Buti kung ganun. As I experienced most of the time talagang yung counter mismo na para sa nakapila yung ginagamit nila.
