I'm craving for Balayan Pinapares' Sisig and Lengua at this ungodly hour. 
I just saw the below photos and suddenly the craving kicked in. Damn.

Note to self: I must go this weekend at Balayan for these and cap the dinner with some organic cakes and tea at Hacienda Zabarte.

Off topic: I hate that test - the job I'm most fitted for was masonry and carpentry.
